4.21 Testing of Backflow Devices Pursuant to County Ordinance, certain categories of District customers are required to install, maintain and test annually backflow devices. District personnel are certified to perform the annual testing and, upon the customer’s request, will do so on a time-and-materials- basis charged to the customer and collectible as any other District fee.
